This Privacy Policy explains how Peak Fusion ("Peak Fusion," "we," "us") collects and uses information through peakfusionsolutions.com (the "Site"). Peak Fusion sells clinic software to healthcare businesses. This policy covers the public marketing Site only.
Patient information. Please do not submit patient or health information through this Site. Patient data that clinics store in the Altimeter platform is governed by each clinic's own privacy practices, by our Business Associate Agreement with that clinic, and by HIPAA — not by this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a demo we collect your name, clinic name, work email, phone number (optional) and the services your clinic offers. If you email us, we receive what you send.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the Site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Cookies. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and questions about our software.
- To send information you asked for. You can opt out of follow-up email at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with law and protect our rights.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you (for example, website hosting and email), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Retention and security
We keep demo-request information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted through the Site, or to stop contacting you, by emailing paul@peakfusionsolutions.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
Children
The Site is intended for healthcare businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
