These Terms of Use govern your use of peakfusionsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Peak Fusion. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

What the Site is

The Site describes software that Peak Fusion licenses to healthcare businesses, including Altimeter and Altimeter Intelligence. Use of the software itself is governed by a separate subscription agreement and, where patient data is involved, a Business Associate Agreement. Nothing on the Site creates a license to the software.

No medical advice

Peak Fusion sells software. It does not provide medical care and does not diagnose, treat or replace the judgment of licensed clinicians. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Clinics and their clinicians are solely responsible for clinical decisions, prescribing and compliance with the laws that apply to their practice.

Product information

Features, availability and specifications described on the Site may change without notice and may vary by plan. Descriptions are provided for general information and are not a warranty.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting it, scraping it at scale, or submitting patient or other sensitive health information through its forms.

Intellectual property

The Site, including the Peak Fusion name, logos, Altimeter, Altimeter Intelligence, text and design, belongs to Peak Fusion or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission, except to share links.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Fusion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
